These Website Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the OS Insights website. They do not, by themselves, form a contract for paid consultancy or research services. Paid projects are governed by a separate written proposal or services agreement accepted by both parties.

2. Use of this website
You may browse the website and contact us for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access, submit malicious content, scrape the site in a way that harms its operation, or misrepresent your identity when making an enquiry.
3. Information and service descriptions
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but descriptions, estimated timelines, availability and prices may change. Information on this website is general and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice for a particular business. A project starts only when scope, fees, terms and acceptance have been agreed in writing.
4. Pricing and quotations
The Website Review is advertised at £295 for the stated fixed scope. Website Testing starts from £895 and Customer Insights starts from £1,795; final quotations depend on the audience being researched, recruitment difficulty, incentives and any agreed changes in research scope. Survey design services and optional analysis are priced according to the advertised scope or an individual quotation.
Participant recruitment costs, incentives, third-party platform fees and work outside the agreed scope are not included unless expressly stated in the project proposal. Any applicable VAT treatment will be confirmed in the quotation or invoice.
5. Free discovery calls and enquiries
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a discovery call does not oblige either party to enter into a contract. We may decline an enquiry if the work is outside our expertise, capacity or ethical requirements. Discovery calls are introductory discussions and do not include a free website audit, user testing or detailed research recommendations.
6. Project agreements
Before paid work begins, we will agree the deliverables, scope limits, schedule, fees, payment milestones, dependencies, revision allowances, responsibilities, cancellation arrangements and any research participant or data-protection requirements in writing. If there is any inconsistency between these website terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement takes precedence for that project.
7. Research and survey limitations
Research findings are based on the agreed method, available participants and information supplied. Qualitative studies are intended to identify patterns and usability issues, not provide statistically representative estimates. Survey results may be affected by sample size, recruitment and response bias. We do not guarantee a specific number of responses, commercial outcome, increase in conversions, sales or revenue.
Where clients host surveys on their own platforms, they are responsible for account access, distribution, respondent notices, lawful data collection and the security of their systems. Any analysis of client-supplied data will be subject to separate project terms and appropriate data handling arrangements.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, the website text, design, branding and original materials belong to OS Insights or their respective rights holders. You may not reproduce substantial portions for commercial use without permission. Ownership and permitted use of paid project deliverables will be defined in the applicable project agreement; this website does not grant a licence to reuse them.
9. Third-party links and services
This website may link to third-party websites, survey platforms or scheduling tools. We do not control their content, availability, privacy practices or terms. Please review those services separately before using them.
10. Website availability and liability
We take reasonable care to keep the website available and secure, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary website unavailability or reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website from its stated update date. Changes to any existing paid project agreement require the process set out in that agreement.

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will deal with disputes.
